I phoned Betfair who said that this software belongs to someone other than themselves. Ok, that's fine but why oh why is everything so small. On the lounge page you cannnot expand it and on the actual table you can but even then the chip size compared to the size of the table goes from one extreme to the other. The table appear massive and the chips resemble the size of bread crumbs in comparison. The colours are dull and boring and the whole software was clearly written by someone who has no idea of how to attract players which is probably one reason why the poker side of Betfair is so small. I have so many ideas of how to write a poker website that would dwarf what this software is looking to achieve. If Betfair want to ask me then fine I am happy to discuss it but I for one am glad I saw this for myself but until it's changed I wont come back. I do not wish to appear disrespectful BUT I would say in all the sites that I play this by a huge margin is the worst all round poker site I have ever played.

If you start a "calling annie" thread and detail your thoughts and ideas with recommended changes, im fairly certain she will help you try resolve these issues.

Hope this helps.
