why am I not on the royalty scheme?

Hi everyone, if you can help me.... I used to earn and redeem my players points, from store points to cash or tickets, but its been 3 weeks now, that I cant. And I get this note that am not currently on the standard royalty scheme.  Does anyone know what can I do to change that?
