$20 sit and go

pocket cards Jh Kc (showing on my screen)
flop              10s 2h 9s
turn              Ah
river             Qs

I've got a straight and am suprised when I lost the hand to two pairs
Checked hand history it read pocket cards 10c Kc

Asked Betfair for explamation how this could occur pocket cards on computer screen  being different to pocket cards in hand history
Betfair reply:we can confirm you were dealt 10c Kc hope you query has been resolved.

They have answered your query, they just haven't given you the answer you were hoping for. And to be fair, if they check the hand history, which is what you would expect them to, as it's what you you did, then their answer is reasonable.

However this still leave the problem that you have seen, or believed that you saw, the jack of hearts and not the 10 of clubs on screen. I have no reason to doubt what you are telling us, but without a screen shot of the hand, I cant see how it would be possible to prove it. It's possible the betting pattern in the hand might be of some use, but not if all the chips went in on the flop or before it.

I certainly don't recall anyone ever raising a similar issue on the forum before, but would be interested to hear from anyone with a similar experience.
