Is it just me or has there been a backhanded change to the Players Club.
Last month and before if you reached a certain level you got a bonus Multiple bet chip, Casino chip and Slots chip, up to $50 each for Grand Master.
Now these seem to have disappeared. I have reached master and never been offered any of the these.
This is too much on top of the cut in player points.

Yep, I've just seen this too!
Been a VIP member all year. I have not been offered these bonuses, and now they are changing the terms. @BetfairPRManager - please can you comment on this? Are you going to stand by the terms you offered when the players club was re-launched at the start of the year? |

I've asked for it- the general players club shafting- to be on the agenda at Q and A session next Monday.
