Been told an Ongame issue. Got money on tables bought a few rebuys too. Got others registered.
Funny thing was yesterday I got a ticket to welcome new player freeroll!
As been on here years I thought strange anyway I was playing and chipped up.
Perhaps its that. Thinks we are all new and get us off that rakeback deal and give us all their rubbish new system.

Stars working fine as are other sites.

I said any chance of a call back when fixed but they said they will post on the Forum!

Me too but some tables still frozrn.
And loads of my chips in that rebuy stolen and loads got far more chips when I left.
Bet get no compensation for that! Lose EV etc.

I uninstalled this PoS weeks ago and only loaded it up again this evening to play that freeroll.

This really is the final, final straw.

In the freeroll aswell, will play resume? Will head out if it's gonna be postponed/cancelled.

I am probably only one old player who did not recieve that ticket for new players freeroll

i cant stop laughin at betfair,they give players a tourney token to try and entice them back,bout have an hour into the tourney the site crashes...again,then its frozen for 20 minutes and then it is cancelled,its such a joke site,i doubt this will have helped to get old players back,im so glad ive left.

got new player free roll ticket aswell, been a member 3yrs

just thinking about it if you were a new player you would feel really screwed that there was tickets given out to every1,1500 players in a tourney that usually has a limited field,

I just logged in, forgot about it anyway, how many starters were there for the welcome freeroll?? was it cancelled also after the outage ?

If they replay it next week, daz, there'll only be 1499 players.

Why do u guys keep punishing yourselves. Leave the ****tain of a site. What other poker site crashes EVERY week? The site is the biggest joke in the online poker world, yet you still stay here. Put up or shut up!

Yesterday no rakeback was paid, every player on the site was entered into the 'new players' freeroll, and the site crashed just as the tournament was getting going.

All that within the space of a few hours.

It's amazing that a gazillion-pound tech company can't do better than this.

Anyhoo, I've uninstalled. I'm not going to waste any more time on it.

Received a 'Poker Tournament Refund' this morning, strangely I didnt even buy into any poker tournaments last night....

i know of 32 people who in the last 11 days have left the site and this is just in a small area; i have joined WSOP and had no problems in the first week and good bonus s aswell

All right I knew I couldn't be the only experiencing problems with BetFair Poker.  The old software was so good and simple, I've been trying to give them a chance.  It's just not worth it, I keep loosing my connection to the server during hands costing me money.  I have no issues on any other poker site that play on.

At the risk of asking a possibly stupid question, what would have to happen for people not to play here

I would like to echo a comment of Goggles1978  The old software was so good and simple. If betfair were to bring back there own software i would play much more on this site.

Huh? If you remember the old software was also crashing around our ears every week.

Yeah, but it wasn't bright orange and it didn't give you migraines.

People will gradually stop as players leave as the games will not be there.WSOP still not crashed and bonus are very good
