A few users have requested a sports loss limit to be introduced. This unfortunately is not possible at the moment, and is not on a short term roadmap. However, we have found a work around of sorts which we think may help you.
It is now possible (via the Help Desk) to ask for a sports exchange exposure limit to be applied to your account. This limit regulates exchange games, multiples and exchange bets. The exposure limit manages the cumulative amount of liability a customer can be allowed to have at any one point in time across these products. For example, if a customer tries to place a bet on the exchange when they have exceeded this limit, they will be blocked from doing so. It is important to stress that this does not regulate overall losses on sports, just the exposure on them. Overall management of loss limits can be regulated using the Player Protection settings under My Account > My Profile, but does not include a specific setting for Sports-only betting.
To set your exposure limit. Please call our Help Desk and ask to set the amount you are comfortable with.
I hope that this improves your playing experience with us. When we have any updates on developing and introducing a specific sports-betting loss limit, we will let you know.
