The Holy Returns

After playing on other sites for a while I find myself drawn back to Betfair. I have to be honest I have enjoyed my return winning over $1500 on my first day back, but my return to this software remind me why I left. So just to make sure that others have not found a great remedy I will list my personal gripes:

1. The player notes and name plates are woefully small and I am not getting any younger.
2. The old friend finder was fantastic but it seems you cannot search for friends in a simple and fast manner
3. The tournament details are on sa eparate screen to your table which seem crazy when there is a window with the basic information
4. The cashier system is still an archaic link to the main Betfair trading exchange site
5. The whole layout is wordy and fails to provide the information clearly for many things
6. The software is still obtrusive to normal software like Windows and Norton
7. The software is not compatible with many other poker engines
8. Lastly and more worringly I was bump sandwiched on a table which demonstrates the security is still suspect.

I hope that you have answers for my questions as I would hate to think that this is the same software with no improvement in a year.
