Is there a chance that the freerolls prize fund could be raised from $5 to $25 or $30 because they are not worth playing at this price. A waste of time. Issue needs to be resolved because if some people just join the site look at the freeroll and go '1st place is $1.25, just not worth it'
Why, in the name of God, would anybody play a 25$ freeroll ? Seriously, what possible reason could any sane human being have in doing this ?
You might as well just go out on the streets and beg for money.

I would never knock a freeroller as I was one myself for quite a few years but there are far better freerolls than the Betfair ones. Without complaining like the OP, why not just search for them?
The freerolls on Stars have 10,000 runners to win a seat for another freeroll, now that's stupid.

I don't see the purpose of a $5 freeroll. Its hardly an opportunity to learn as half the players are only playing it because it free , not because they enjoy poker. However an english saying comes to mind : don't look a gift horse in the mouth !

1) You wont learn much about the game playing in freerolls, in fact you will probably pick up bad habits.
2) If you are using them as a newbie to accustom yourself with the setup/software then it doesnt matter if the prize money is five dollars or twenty five dollars, because winning money isnt the reason you are playing the thing.
3) If you are genuinely in such a sad and sorry mess that you would give up 5 or 6 hours of your life you will never get back, to try and win four quid, then just beg instead. Seriously, ask someone to stake you into 20 x $1.20 180 man stts. Theres more chance of someone feeling sorry for you and dumping you 20 bucks on stars then there is of you binking a 1000 runner freeroll on here.
