New to Betfair poker. Won a$190 +$10ticket, and a$100 +8ticket yesterday, but no money has been credited to my account. Any reason why this is, or do i need to do something to claim pot?? Thanks.

you are credited with 2 "tickets", which you can use for games with the equivalent value.
they do not show on your account statement , but you can find them in " My Players Club" |
