Gotta say. just joined betfair a few weeks ago and after today wont be playing here again.
Enough is enough and i am amazed why others dont do the same with all of the other sites out there and the thought that this will continue happening.

This is not right .
When site crashed i was in the middle of playing $10+$1 qualifier and now i find that i finished 22nd where top 13 players won tickets.
Whilst site had technical issues i couldn't play now i wonder how did it finish to other players. Also i didn't get refund for buy in !!!

I hadn't realised the site had crashed and registered for a 10+1 Sit and Go (DoN) ... the table never popped up but the cash has been taken from my account.
Is this the same scenario? ie it worked for some people but not for others and so I was forced to lose?
This isn't what I would expect from a "quality" poker site.

What a joke.....got the disco message. Closed everything and signed back in and all ok. There is some bad sh it with this software and I won't be playing anymore here until it is sorted. BULL ****!
Im still waiting on hearing about a refund, entered a $11 Sit an Go table never opened but took my money. Contacted helpdesk and they said they where looking into it case by case
I've had pocket queens 10 times in the last couple of days.Out of those 10 times i've lost 9 times with those pocket queens on betfair poker .Then to add insult to injury i was beaten by pkt queens when i had pkt aces.
Where my money? i registered two sng DON 5$ and DON 11$, but sng not start. I need 16,5$!
what u need is to find another network lucker margo i m tired of u sucking out on me every time in dons .

Yes, they have highly trained poker staff who miss nothing.
its been over a week now and i still havent heard anything from betfair regarding a refund
u wont get any refund poor margo have u though to stop poker and start casino u can make more money there instead to be a luckbox inpoker
