some bawbag at customer services told me 24 hours, and that was at half twelve today. I complained about their rubbish stores and customer service and he said he just got an email that stated all payments would be made in two hours - so he's 8 mins left or they are bawbagging again

I was told earlier it would be done around 14:30 and just called them again and told some might be processed by 17:30.
23 Hours with no offical update is terrible. On the announcement is says: "Updates will be posted within this thread as soon as they are available." All computer systems have issues from time to time, but I thought the whole point of customers services/annoucements is to let customers understand the situation. Even an update saying its still being rectified would be something! |

yup, just more and more BS.
Was told all payments would be made by 17.30 today, yet others have been told some might be processed by half five. Also suggested that an update should be posted, the fella said this was a good idea and he would have had that done had he been in this morning, and he would get it done. That was an hour ago and no one has bothered their hoop yet. Circus Clowns |

Funnily enough I requested an update to the annoucement too when I spoke to CS.
Surely updating everyone is more efficent than on a phone call by phone call basis. Make rake is through now, so happy days!! :) |
