Usual "f--k you" attitude from BF customer services. Clampit on the phone told me it would be another 24 hours, but when I politely told him their customer service was a joke he told me he had just received an email stating all payments to be made within 2 hours.

again, simple things betfair. How easy is it not to lie and to update customers should things change.
