As a result of on-going data supply issues, unfortunately, we are unable to process today’s scheduled rakeback payments. This issue also means that we are not in a position to update the Raked Hands Frenzy and Skill and Go leaderboard promotions.
Our technical teams are currently working to resolve the issue as a matter of extreme urgency.
Updates will be posted within this thread as soon as they are available. In the meantime, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding whilst we get to the bottom of the issue.

Update - 4th November
Rakeback payments were completed at just after 16:00 UK Time/ 17:00 CET today and are available in your account now.
We are now in the process of loading leaderboard data which will take several hours to complete. We anticipate having the Skill & Go and Raked Hands Frenzy leaderboards updated with scores up to 23:59 on Thursday 3rd November by lunchtime on Saturday, if not sooner. The next scheduled update will then be on Saturday evening, covering scores up to 23:59 on November 4th.
