These C*cksuckers are the worst operation I have ever dealt with. Would love to hear from anyone on here that has had a similar experience with them. I opened my account in ireland years ago but recently emigrated to canada. I wanted to have a bet on a football game so deposited money using my canadian credit card. money was accepted and i got my bet on no problem. Here is where it starts to get interesting. I tried to withdraw ! The next day I login to find I have no access to my a/c it has been frozen. I called support and was told I would have to send in via fax copies of a recent bill and my passport. I explained that I couldn't really be bothered to go to all that trouble and would rather just close my a/c and have my money please. However this is impossible my funds cant be released until i have completed the process. So I do as i am asked and send in the requested details . I am busy working and 3 days pass and still no access to my a/c. I phone them up again and a support agent says that they recieved the copy of the bill and my passport and all is well with my address it has now been verified. So can I have my money now? No. NOW we need you to print off a copy of our credit card verification form fill it out (including rubbing a pencil over my credit card so they have a clear imprint of it), send that in to us and then we will be able to unfreeze your a/c. So I beg and plead with the agent and he eventually puts me on to his supervisor who after i explain that i havent had access to my a/c for 4-5 days says he will make an exception for me . He says that he will allow me to take a picture of the card on my phone and email it in, he will access this personally and verify my a/c within the hour. 3 hours later I call back and there is no change in the status of my a/c the rep I spoke to is gone and now i am speaking to a young woman whose voice makes my blood boil and I am pulling my hair out in frustration. She says oh there is no record of anyone making any exception for you sir we don't do that, you will have to submit the form or your a/c will remain frozen. She repeats herself over and over again as i plead with her, then i ask to speak to someone else and she flat out refuses. Says there is no point because they will just say the same thing. Now I am in a homicidal rage , I want to find this b1tch and violate her with a crow bar. Of course it isn't her fault but she is not who i want to deal with at that point in time. So the next day I send in the form , immediately after sending it in I call up support and inform them it has been sent so can they unlock my a/c as soon as possible, the woman i am speaking to informs me that there is no reason why my a/c should have been frozen in the first place and unlocks it immediately. Fantastic. Thank you b0d0g.

I've also got money stuck with them from a stupid sign up bonus they didn't set up correctly and could take a little margin on :)

The pencil card graft is ridiculous though.

People in glass houses........

Please learn to construct a SENTENCE >
no need to shout / incorrect use of capitals and no full stop

if your letters of complaint where written like this any right minded person would bin them.
Should start with a capital "I" / where should be spelt were and right-minded should have a hyphen. "Bin them" = pooor /v. simple use of English. I would suggest "Any right-minded person would throw them away."

Go on line and find an adult education course it may help .
On-line should have a hyphen. Adult education course should really be an English language school as I am not sure what you would learn at an adult education school!

Please see me after class

Just a rant. Don't really care if you have to squint through your monocle to make out what I am saying. If you don't have an opinion on the contest then don't reply. This isn't a spelling bee...etc...etc..

But I do worry about the spelling...sometimes I can't sleep at night knowing that people are using poor grammar or they are using the wrong version of there/their.

I will try and focus more on the product and less on spelling!
