me too, went down for about 5/10 minutes.  Was in a mtt so lost blinds probably, so do we get compensated for such short times?

I play on ipoker and hardly ever have got disconnected, why do betfair continually have problems.

effected me as well, no explanation or apology from betfair.

Customer satisfaction does not appear to be a concern at betfair towers

Hi everyone

FYI - if there is an outage it is posted in both the poker section of the forum as well as the announcements section.

If the issue is under 30 minutes it will often be removed from the poker section to avoid confusion HOWEVER it will always remain in the announcement section. All outages are recorded and maintained historically in the announcement section so you can go back at any time and see what products were affected and for how long.

PS I think annie may be an ipoker affiliate Whoops

well ty - Betfair Poker Manager.

Where is the announcement for around 15.03 on 29 October. Was down for about 5/10 mins? I was in a MTT and lost a number of blinds which effected my position and the result.

Thanks
