Live limit poker in Edinburgh

I don't think you will find live limit poker anywhere in the uk.  I think there was a game in the Vic in London a few years ago, but I doubt it runs now.  Don't even think it's played much in Europe anymore.  There used to be the softest €3/6 game in the world in Vienna, but think its all nlh now.

Any harm in asking the casino could they start one? If you don't ask you won't get and they would be a decent rake machine for the casino.

Depends... I often attend a mid stakes NLHE game in london 25/50£ but its private and tough compared to online... You will not find a NLHE game in a casino in England for sure!

If you ask the Circus to open a table for you I'm pretty sure they don't care what sort of game you play so long as you pay the table fee.  I've always found the  cardroom managers there to be very friendly and approachable.

The difficulty will probably be getting other players to join your game.
