Betfair Poker Issues – Tuesday 25th October

This morning, between 09.18am and 10.05am, we faced a Poker Outage. The Betfair Poker platform became unavailable, as customers were unable to login. The issue initiated at Ongame, whose technical team restored the service after 47 minutes. As a result of the incident, Ongame advised Betfair that there might be some cases where the players have received an incorrect amount of funds back from closed faulty cash game sessions.

The latest update from Ongame informs us that all hands affected by this incident, have been identified. These hands will be used in order to process the necessary refunds. The reason for the delay in processing all refunds for this issue, is that concentrated efforts are taken in order to make certain that all players receive the correct amount they should have initially received.

Ongame apologises and would like to re-assure customers that individual player queries are investigated and gradually resolved with Betfair’s cooperation.
