what normally happens in these cases

Hope I get refunds in my 30 Player MTTs settled on basis of chip counts. May just cover my buy ins in the other tourneys which had just started. Out of my earlier tourneys just before the crash.
Stars is working fine. I thought at first it was me but it clearly is Betfair/Ongame.
