Full Tilt and Poker Stars are shady companies, whoever dealt with them has really got no body to blame but themselves if they have been burnt.

If I was you I would stay with english owned and respected poker companies.

Yes, at any of the PLC's given they have a duty to open their books to the public and are properly audited by independents (unlike FT, AP, PS).
