I haven't got a problem with the way Klup played AA, i would of played them the same. I'm not sure a 4 bet would of got him off his hand, even though he had a very poor hand. He was a very aggressive player and it obviously works for him. He was 3 and 4 betting every pot and both myself and eachie made big putdowns surrendering hefty pots. It was also the first time I'd seen him at the tables, forewarned would have been forearmed and will be ready next time.

He certainly was very aggressive - and i have no doubt he is going all in on me regardless of whether or not he has me beat or had the nuts. If i 5 bet pre-flop, he is certain to lay down. If i got the guy investing 25% of the stack with 23 o/s pre, Im satisfied. I have no qualms losing the hand, but I still think i played it right.
He had the option to CHECK the flop, and wait to get a maid hand, but he did choose to bet out on a draw.

Even if you don't shove pre, or on the flop, I think you have to shove the turn.
He'd struggle to fold a 4, or two spades on the turn with that much in the pot, particularly if he is an overaggro spewtard, and if he is holding 46, 43, 45 etc. He pretty much never calls that river bet with just a 4 or a missed flush or a straight draw.
Simply, shoving that river gets far fewer calls.
