hi guys,
Can someone please explain this Loyalty Top up adjustment to me? How is this calculated? And when is the payout?
I just received it, and i think i received it earlier in July...so its not on the same day every month?
btw, im a silver member right from the start, about 2 1/2 months ago and i have used my store points for cash/ticket vouchers.

The top up you received was guaranteed just for July & August, you will now clear normal VIP loyalty rewards in line with the player club loyalty programme - read here:

why it was guaranteed just for July and August? I am silver member and i am already using those benefits...

i guess the top up offer to 40% was aimed at enticing new players to sign up. good luck at the tables
