(after consulting fraud team) This is not technically collusion. It is bad form and he should have received a warning. He is allowed to say anything he likes in chat as long as it is not offensive. It is up to the players at the table to decide if they believe what he is saying is truthful! |

Ok - maybe they would give the same answer, but (and this is not having a go at them) the sad reality, I would not actually believe anything the said. I've lost the faith and that needs to be rebuilt, somehow. |

I've lost the faith and that needs to be rebuilt, somehow. Totally agree, Klup I have just started playing mtts regularly so I was unsure how rebuys and add ons worked. I rang betfair customer service and what they told me has since been proved to be rubbish. They told me that I had to have zero chips before I could rebuy WRONG They told me that I could add on maybe after five or six blinds, it all depended on what the tourney details said WRONG Although they did say about looking at the tourney details, I have yet to see one where it is after so many blinds. All the ones I have seen are after one hour, has anyone seen them after blinds? The tourney I was thinking of joining said that that it had AFTER one hour unlimited rebuys for an hour. I told him the tourney and said was this correct, he looked it up and said it was. WRONG Because I was new at this I had read it wrongly as it was all on one line with the add ons and it merged into each other. But he should have known it was wrong and that it was just the standard rebuys for the first hour and add on after an hour. Look up any rebuy tourney and you will see what I mean, it says ' Unlimited rebuys for one hour. Available after one hour' How can you call it customer service when the information that they give you is wrong and if they cannot answer you they promise to ring back, but never do. |
