I was playing poker today but when I tried to look at the history of the last hand an error message flashed up. I have spoken to betfair customer service and have done all they told me, the usual delete cookies, re install, change browsers, but to no avail. They want me to see if the histories are on my computer, but they have changed where it was so it will take me a while to do that. So I thought while i was doing that maybe a fellow poster could help.
The error message is as follows:
HaThe webpage cannot be found
HTTP 404
Most likely causes:
There might be a typing error in the address.
If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
What you can try:
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
Go to and look for the information you want.

I rang betfair three times in all yesterday and no one has got back to me at all
 Although what did I expect  The first one said it was probably my computer as no one else had complained and told me to delete cookies, re install etc. I did that even though I could not see how that could help and it was still the same. The second one said to do a screen shot , but I do not have email at the moment and could not, so she said to look to see if my hand histories were on my computer and referred me to help, but I could not do it. I rang again and they said they would ring technical and get back to me - I am still waiting. Lo and behold, I switched on my computer today and the hand histories are working . As I had switched off my computer several times yesterday I do not think it was the reboot that worked. Maybe it was something to do with Ongame after all, as they have had problems with histories and notes before.I hope this is not a false dawn, as whilst playing it did not give the histories a few times. |
