Raked hands leaderboard, I will be watching you BetfairPR :)

It is now 8.15pm and the leaderboard is not there.  Why?

As it is I would not qualify for a penny as I was late playing yesterday and today I cannot get my hand histories and have spent hours following betfair customer service advice with still no  joy.  Please betfair pr could you sort out why I am not getting the history of the last hand but an error message.  See other thread.

It is now 10.15pm and still no leaderboard 

In my dealings with hundreds of companies, betfair, you take the prize for the most incompetent company there has ever been.

Further to my thread on chit chat, are most of your staff young?  You might do a whole lot better if you employed some older staff who knew what they were doing.

I have also been trying all day to get my hand histories back, to no avail.  I have phoned betfair three times, but still no hand histories. 

WHY CAN'T WE SPEAK TO THE TECHNICHAL DEPT OURSELVES.  No one at betfair poker seems to understand technical stuff, appalling, so the stock answer is to refer everything to the technical dept with further delay.  If we could speak to them ourselves a lot of time would be saved.  Why duplicate everything.

It is now 2.00pm on the 3rd August and still no leaderboard    This means you have had 38 hours to produce it and it is still not enough.

You know how often you have had problems with the leaderboards and still you cannot produce them on time, if at all.  You have promised us time and again that you will do better, but it gets worse 

Could anyonw tell me how often other sites leaderboards are produced and it they are as bad as betfair?

Annie - Betfair are not responsible for this delay. We get just as frustrated as you when leaderboards are not populated. The feed and information comes directly from Ongame. If it is incorrect and has errors we will not publish it as it will lead to more frustration. Our promotions team can only post them when the info is 100% correct.

I understand your anger but it is not down to forgetfulness / idleness on our part but is to ensure we do not give you the wrong info.

But if there are errors every time, why have you not taken this up with Ongame and demanded that the feed is correct and if it is not then investigate to see why it is not correct, not just delay the leaderboard why you correct it.  This has been going on for many, many months now so it is not enough to say that you are not responsible for it, we pay our money to you, not Ongame. 

Maybe it is idleness on your part as you seem content with the status quo of annoying us about the delay in leaderboards, rather than getting off your backsides and finding out what the problem is.  If I was in charge of Betfair I would want to know why the feeds are wrong.

When I refer to you, etc, I mean betfair as a whole, not you personally betfair pr.

Exactly. Couldn't have put it better myself. It's like me as a licensee, if someone was to buy a pint and it's no good, telling them to take it up with C*rlsberg.

STOP HIDING BEHIND ONGAME!

Why do you have notes saying that the leaderboard will appear at a certain time, then it doesn't? And you wonder why you get so many of our backs up?

The leaderboard has finally arrived and they say that all good things are worth waiting for.  It is only for a pittance but it is the fun of it, something that I think betfair loses sight of for us recreational players.  You have to keep us happy to feed the sharks 

Now please can we have it every night at the same time please, if that is not toooooooooooooooooooooooooooo  much trouble.

This has been going on ever since they joined Ongame - a year ago. A YEAR! Constant problems with leaderboards. It's a disgrace, and hopefully something Chip and Dave will bring up at their meeting with the so called bigwigs.

Betfairpokerpr, it is now almost at the time that betfair have posted before that the leaderboard will appear.  Just to remind you.  However, I noticed today that there is no announcement as to when the next one appears.  Can you confirm what time it will appear?

really ,lbs should b updated every 12 hrs really, that way every1 has better ideas where they stand, if there are reporting problems but bf and the customers are aware of this problem, and when there are problems bf/ongame would have much less data to go through.

i would imagine the current stt cake race[sorry skill and go] will stay as it stands as some people are doing crazy amounts of games/hrs for such a small reward.

I started playing omaha mtts so I stopped looking at the raked hand leaderboards but as I read that the stt leaderboard was no more I wondered whether the raked hands one was still running.  I have just looked and it says that the leaderboard will appear on the 2ND AUGUST

So, betfairpokerpr, what happended to the leaderboard and is the competition still running?
