was down to last 9 in tourney. im sitting with AA.. there is a raise , a re raise and an all in before i act. Of course i push and the other 2 call with 8 8 AND 6 6. The first all in is trying to steal with j 10. What are the other 2 thinking after playing for 3 hours calling 2 all in with such rubbish pairs???? I only play online tournaments.Does this happen much in live poker?

It happens on ongame all the time and they usually hit their 2 outer

With a raise and a rr before me I usually am very carefull. I've folded AA in tourneys every so often if that has happend to me. But it all usually all boils down to the info I have on the players betting against me...

Blimey im noting that Cathy m folds AA pre flop . Could you tell me what hand you actually play then???
There can only be 1 situation ever for folding the nuts and thats late in a sat. |

The only joker that was included is obviously Cathy M. Uve folded AA every so often pre-flop, i mean WTF. I agree with de 1 that its only logical to fold AA when its a satellite and u dont need to get involved but seriously, in a proper tourney u can fold the best hand pre??????

Oh dear. I was simply trying to illustrate the point that just because you're in front when the chips go in, it doesn't necessarily make it the right move to do so.

I fold AA here every time! its obviously the ongame "9 players left, lure him in and bad beat him out" trick, the pot will go to the bigstack even if he has 72o. Dont any of you even know that?
I expect the 66 and 88 called hoping they had the worst hand and ongame was throwing the standard "badbeat the best hand" loop. I cant explain the j 10 steal, that is just ridiculous. |
