had AA yesterday and chip leader went all in with 24k in chips..i naturally called for my 18k and he turns over KK

Yeah I love how there's always something there for everyone to ensure few fold. I think the funniest hand I saw was a 6 seat sit n go. I had AJ hearts. Flop was 2,6,9 hearts. First guy went all in and every single player at the table followed. Cards were turned up - 1st seat had K-10 hearts and was done. Second seat had 6-6. Third seat had 7-8 hearts. fourth seat had A9 and was toast. I had my cards and the 6th seat had Q-Q one of which was a heart. Turn was a Q and river was the 5 of hearts.

I know my son was an avid player but refuses to play with Ongame anymore. I know he likes to b*tch on these forums a lot about it but I also know he does very well at other sites so unlike myself he would know more than I would what's the norm of online poker tournaments.

agree - its totally amazing how every one makes hands - i have lost count of the times hen the river has given me top 2 pair or straight but at the same time given someone else trips or the flush

big blind yesterday, had Q3, 2 flat calls - flop comes Q 3 T rainbow, i bet pot, next folds and third pushes all in - i call thinking overpair or something like A Q - he shows A J - you all know what came on the river!!!!!!!

Ongame is bent but Ipoker is even worse, tonight i had pocket 5s, there was a small raise pre which i and one other player called. Flop A59 rainbow.Needless to say we all got it in after the flop, to my amazement one guy flopped a set of aces and the other a set of 9s to go with my set of 5s, turn was a blank, river was a 9. Odds please anyone!

Not as high as you would like to think. AA is 91%, 99 is 4.5% and 55 is 4.5%

The blank turn means nothing, the only odds that matter are when the chips go in.

AA will lose 1 time in 10 in this scenario while the other two will win 1 time in 20.

I actually was referring to the odds of the only 3 players playing the hand all flopping a set! Odds on that?

When I play on Stars, i-poker, Entraction I hear the same.

In my last live game I got called by 75s for most of his stack because "it was his favourite hand". Live is fixed as well imo.

Online poker is defo juiced to the max favouring the underdogs to keep em playing & paying. My recent pre flop all in stats are appalling.

Last night for eg. I played several MTTs and had 12 all ins pre flop. I won 2 - in which I had the underpair. Lost 10. 2 races & 8 v 2 or 3 outers. So taking the flips out 10 out of 10 went to the huge underdog. One player called my re-raise all in for 30 x BB near the bubble pre flop, & nearly all his stack, in huge pot with K9os!  Obv tripped river 9's to KO me with KK. Priceless. I don't trust online poker & try as best as I can these days to see flops before deciding on my action as you can usually outplay donks to still make a smallish long term profit.

Switch to pot limit omaha 

I have been playing this since saturday and it is great fun.  You do not seem to get the bad beats that are so annoying with hold em.  It does my head in, like so many others, when you make all the correct decisions and then get beat by a lucky hand.  The times I have thought someone was bluffing and called, only to see a rubbish hand get lucky  grrrrh.  That does not seem to happen like that in omaha.  Although I have only been playing a few days.

Give it a go.  But give it some time, I played omaha for a very short while a long time ago and did not like it, but I think I did not know enough about poker to see how good it was.

Every word i must agree with . I believe this site is very dishonest . The poker on here is **** , the hands are pre generated , just my opinion . I don`t believe betfair has any respect for the game of poker . Why do they need to be so greedy , they make more than enough from the rakes... Betfair , i do not think they live  by thier name . They have many tricks ! Try the betting exchange , its just as bad , lol .

played in 200k sunday toury (id qualifed 11$)after 40 mins or so get pocket kings gets raised 400 i go all in 5600 get called by the 400 raise so both all in on backs against a8 off suit

Pocket pairs--- they do on here , so so many bad players and they constantly get rewarded. Just try to remember these donks cant keep doing it and getting away with it.

Haven't played a single game of poker now for 4 months, having previously played for about 5 hours a day for 2 years. Cannot say I miss it in the slightest and have found far better things to do with my time. Just stopped by the forum out of interest this evening. Pocket Pairs's story of losing with PP to A8 offsuit was a good reminder of what a stupid game poker is. Good riddance to BF poker as far as I am concerned.

Yep I aint playing any more... These computer generated bad beats have gone on far too long.

I,ve just replied to another blog and said that i,ve stopped playing online poker, i play live games only now when i can. In my oppinion ALL internet gaming is **** including poker on ALL sites, and the people that supply the software know this. It,s the same as the fruit machines in the bookmakers they are not random, and i believe it is fraud.I actually found it very funny when i began to guess the cards and could tell when i was being set up( as if they thought i would not notice) and when i mailed them i got the same old bullshit answer, about bad beats and random numbers generator. My advice is to stop playing online alltogether and try to find a club or casino for live games also write and complain to the gambling comission (direct gov . org) the more people complain the more chance of them doing something about it.

I'm sorry nednedibut you havent got a clue about poker, so its probably best for you that you've given up. Just came back from Vegas and some of the hands seen and played would make you sick to your stomach!!

I personally dealt some sick blows to the locals!!! Even rivering a FH after villian had flopped an ace high flush draw
