BETFAIR are only interested in BETFAIR. They have utter contempt for the customer base as this forum shows time and time again( hence why numbers dropping and the reason for the GTD's being butcherd i wager )

You know im not a regular 'regular' on betfair poker but i come on here enough and see constant threads kindly asking the betfair managers about certain things for example what sleepwalker now is asking. Ive never saw them reply to any of them and not resolve any issues a lot of us have from time to time. I work in the betting industy  (as a shop manager), and go on numerous courses (including today might i add) in customer care and service, its what drives the company to achieve its goals. This company, on the other hand, from what i see, could'nt give a toss about what anyone says, any concerns ppl have and ideas they put forward. Obviously they do not want to expand their customer base and seem not bothered about losing some of it by the sheer ignorance they show us customers. I for one cannot stand that level of service, or non-service as it may be and tbh im now thinking to myself, if they cant answer their loyal customers a simple bloody question, then they can forget about me betting on their site. I will take my custom to a brand that treats its customers with respect. Thank and goodnight BF!

To answer your question

If a group of colluders are caught cheating all money is refunded to affected parties where they have acted unlawfully.
Innocent players will receive a credit and be contacted to inform them of why this has happened.
Hope this clears things up.

As I said on the original thread, Overall I am a winning player 2 years out of 2 with my time spent at betfair poker

(I am NOT crying)

But I previously suspected something dodgy was going on, Then later read somewhere that some players had indeed had been credited after a certain incidences had been uncovered

I am NOT saying I am 100 percent a victim of this, But IF this did happen on any tables where it has affected the outcome of my game. Then I would be happy with the procedure and it would be much appreciated that the poker site had also informed me of something that us players MIGHT NOT have been aware off


Just to stress I am NOT having a go at the site, And although the improvements might not always suit everybody. I must say they do listen to some comments, Or at least respond by bringing the new features to the tables such as folded cards etc etc

The 2 years or so I have been at betfair I have enjoyed, I am now into my 3rd year which started good

Whatever happens next is anyones guess

How many games have you played on betfair and are they saying that all those games have been fair??

im on over 20000 stts, never had  a refund.

i been caught out by cheats on the old 28 stts, as had the man who used to win the lb most weeks.
don't think he ever got a refund either.

i'm also suspictious i was caught out playing don at the end of 2010.
no refund from then either, thou i played a lot of game swith some of the palyers named on 2 plus2.

I dont believe that ALL affected players would receive a refund, Simply because the site would lose out on loads

I have also played thousands of games, And IF this has happened on the sit + go tables at the stakes I've previously played then the chances are that I COULD have been an innocent victim

If players are not named and shamed then we can only hope the poker site can investigate and hopefully get a positive result for those that are playing within the rules
