Don't play a great deal on here so not sure if this is a normal issue or not. I have been playing on 2 cash tables and cashed out of both to move up a level. It's been over 30 minutes and the cash has not been returned into my account.
How long do you normally have to wait, surely it should be immediate?

Not happy about this now. Im missing about £700 from various games. Nothing appears to be forthcoming. 7 hours since the money disappeared. Not happy.

Looks like just a cash tables problem. My SnGo and Tournament winnings were credited immediately.
Having said that yesterday it was having problems trying to accept Buy-ins (and showed as debit and then credit). It worked second time tried to buy in to tournies. Should be sorted now though. I'd phone direct and e-mail if my money had not been credited. If only so that they act on it. |

I've been told that they will not be compensating us - I have still not had any money credited - it is customer service at it's ultimate worst

 I have had trouble trying to get games at my chosen raked hand promotion level and when finally I get a game tonight, after leaving for dinner, it kept saying that I had not sat down. When I looked at my statement, because of this thread, they have taken three $50 buy ins for no games  It makes me wonder whether they have not given me my money back before. Surely this should be sacrosanct for a poker site. If you are playing loads of tables, how can you keep track? |

You're so right Annie. Got to be able to rely on Betfair to get this stuff right first time. Imagine if this sort of nonsense was going on with your bank account!!
Yesterday I had to look up my last 50 games on sharkscope to check where I was up to 'cos Betfair couldn't get it right. I'm still waiting for Betfair to rectify yesterdays problems, and now they're at it again. Well that's it. I've had enough. |

I have just phoned Betfair, but have been kept waiting, so off to William Hill. I have never had problems with them. With Betfair it is one problem after another

I spoke too soon. MTTs were fine this morning and also seemed OK up until around 2030.
can't register. Only trying to buy in small. No cash from winnings either. On MTTs. Trouble is effecting those playing too that want to rebuy or add-on. Not good news. At least still playing at moment. God knows how long to sort out. |
