I have played on betfair poker over the last few years, badly most of the time, but enjoyed it because i liked the layout. I also enjoyed the MTT most evenings. I know i am a novice but over a period of time chatted to what seemed old friends in the chat box at the same time as trying to win a few quid. It was a pleasent way way to pass an evening with the glass full and the television on in the back ground. Then........the MTT's changed, still played but wasn't quite the same, then........ sometimes the software failed and crash :( Finally after an upgrade i couldn't see my cards after i folded. Straw and camels back, etc. It is not the same or nowhere as good so its bye and good luck. Especially to BCLARA and catseven plus all other people i have chatted to

David gl m8... I don'y play here much anymore but understand your points... fkin software crashes all the time... fatal errors and yes I used to enjoy the banter... but all that changed when decent players (like yourself) leave or left... only the silent mob here now m8...

agree with you fed on the silent type comment. There used to be a lot of friendly chatty players on here, now the"ve all gone.
If i click on my find a player list all the ones i used to chat with never play anymore - sad that used to enjoy the banter. Gl 2 u both.

Hey Dave,

I know how you feel m8, I had a break from BF and tried other sites but have now come back as the MTT's are good value and I like the software despite the odd mishap. Hope to see you back on the tables soon but goodluck if you don't and maybe be good to meet you during the cricket season. Your good poker buddy

David - i dont really know you, but if you're mates with BC, i got to say that despite its issues, betfair do offer some cracking player value and you certainly wont get much of a community feel at any other site like ipok or f tilt or stars etc.

Some promos they been running lately have been awesome - 12 plays of xmas, cash booster in Jan, vienna live etc.

Yes it has crashing issues, and thats a significant issue, but something feels like its changed for the better here.

cheers for the comments. Appreciated. BC will get down to see you i am sure in the summer. After all the changes the one thing that cheesed me off the most was the discarded cards and not remembering them :( Silly i know.

Yeah I can totally understand and they do need to deal with the software issues that seem to plague this site. Be good to see you m8.

It was a pleasent way way to pass an evening with the glass full and the television on in the back ground.

The same reason I played, they should make it easy for hobby players but when I couldn,t even download BF poker on my new laptop after trying and trying and trying.....well who needs it?

Good points raised here Dave... great value sats to mtts here at the moment...

Forget about not being able to see your folded cards its so anoying when you fold and see you would have hit a FH or straight anyway.

You can always catch BC on the nl cash tables and have a chat when he loses bundles of cash...

;)
