ty for that joffy :| i know 2 ppl who sold their packages for £400 and £390 so i thought £380 was fair. I am open to negotiation so whoever bids highest can have it. long donk i dont want to sell for £350 sorry.

Lol sorry I did think that after i typed it that it wasnt the best pr for you.
To be fair from the looks of the hotel and the stuff betfair will include its a fair price for a good weekend. Gl with the sale but you have to factor in that a lot of the packages were bought a while ago and flights were cheap.Now these have doubled if yr trying to sell for top wack with flights on top you may put people of. |

Lets get some fact right here:
$600 Package = 220 euro seat plus hotel for 2 nites at 60 euros in total total true value = 280 euros ANYONE who buys a 600 package for £350 is overpaying way beyond that $750 Packages and $1000 packages (1000 package has added cash value) = 220 euros plus hotel for two nights worth 140 euros in total total true value = 360 euros ANYONE who buys a 600 package for £350 is slightly overpaying the shuttle services im sure are offered by hotel / casino and lunches etc - are probably offered to all players - thats standard practice at casino based tournaments of this nature. |

1) someone selling cannot go and is trying to offload it, so theory is, they should offer value 2) The costs of flight and added on expenses. Price of flights is going up day by day now IMO - this is fair: $600 package Buyer should pay $320 - $350 or $300 (value of buy in) with a small % $750 or $1000 package Buyer should pay $400 or $300 with a 25% |

I am not entirely sure what the package contains model man. Betfair have not let me know any information. All I know is that I won a $1000 package, $250 of which has already been credited into my account so therefore I have a $750 package that I am looking to sell. I know of 2 people who have already sold the same package for for £390+. I think £350 is a fair price, I am open to negotiation but if I have to go much lower I will just go myself as I am not going to give it away!

I fully appreciate that as a seller - and knowledge that the package is valued at $750 - you are quite within your rights to feel the package is worth at least 350 quid - but here is my buyers view:
Unless you are going for a lads weekend away or business reasons - paying 350 quid to play a tournament worth 220 euros ... isnt value for money imvho. [bfor 330 quid[/b] - you can play the monthly deepstack in DTD in Nottingham worth £80K gtd and it usually reaches £100K - thats likely to be the same prize pool as this vienna event and certainly less players. If you are UK based - that means no flights and associated costs and if close to nottingham (like i am) - no hotel either. therefore - unless you actually qualified for $10 to win this package or won it in a rakerace - it doesnt actually make sense to buy a package unless its a complete 'steal'. This - if you are not prepared to let the package go for cheap cheap cheap - then get surfing and look for a cheap flight! |
