i went to dublin with aer lingus and the **s lost my luggage. got it back later but ffs i was first to check in
Ive had about 100 flights in my time ... probably more.
Never lost a bag or missed a flight.
Once managed to have an airline keep the plane waiting for me - was a domestic flight - called up check in whilst doing 100 mph on the way to the airport ... amazingly they waited for me - had to get to a wedding so was saved by the relax, laid back approach they have - but thats air zimbabwe for you!
