Anyone care to explain to me why there would be a rabbit018 and a rabbit020, both from Cyprus, playing in the $125 GTD at the same time and table? not playing a hand against each other?

Is it just me that finds this strange?

LOL Madness.

I am sure there is an easy explanation as surely someone couldn't be that stupid, or indeed Betfair be so inept if it was anything under hand.

I'll email them too although I don't hold out much hope of a response at the moment as the Site is Donald Ducked again.....................

Didn't somebody do a thread recently about a Cypriot guy who had loads of accounts and you just went in and bought one for a period of time?

The reason is that they use to go on betting shops with many pc,different players ,but if they play on same table and never beat on each other this is sure something very bad !-
p.s= BETTING SHOPS HAVE MASTER ACCOUNT that share on different computers on same time, sometimes 10-20 pc or more !
someone from CYPRUS , but i play from my house:)

Cheers Error.

Not being funny here but what is to stop me setting up an Internet Cafe with some clever IP Technology and 6 Accounts (Maybe DaVinci I through to VI) and winning the STT Leaderboard every month? Would be Ok I guess if I promised not to talk to anyone else in the room?

Always thought that people could be colluding wiht MSN or similar, but this?

Surely this is not happening?

2kg (4lb) Rabbit, jointed
285ml (½ pint) Chicken Stock
140ml (¼ pint) White Wine
2 tbsp Seasoned Flour
55g (2oz) Butter
1 Garlic Clove
1 Bouquet Garni
2 tbsp Double Cream
1 tbsp Parsley
2 tsp Cornflour
2 tsp Tomato Purée
Parsley
Salt and Pepper

Coat the rabbit joints in seasoned flour and fry in butter in a flameproof casserole, browning on all sides.
Add the stock, wine and tomato purée, bring to the boil.
Add the bouquet garni, crushed garlic and season to taste.
Reduce the heat and cook gently for 1½ - 2 hours or until the rabbit is tender.
Transfer the rabbit to a serving dish, keep warm.
Transfer the sauce to a saucepan, removing the bouquet garni
Mix the cream and cornflour together, and stir into the sauce until thickened.
Pour sauce over rabbit and garnish with parsley.

PLEASE don't make rabbits, nonnos' or akropols disappear--they are just too great value to be missed!!

There sometimes seems to be a couple of cypriots in the cash tables and obv trying to collude but nobody cares since they can't do it too well.. :)

Just to make the point I am not trying to get anyone removed or anything, doesn't make a difference to me if they are here, colluding or not.

It is more the principle of it? If it is being done so blatantly over in Cyprus - What stops it being done a bit more Professionally in the UK?

Or at the end of the day does nobody really care and just gets on with it?

These are prob staking co....Not many **ing syndicates would be daft enough to have all the same name...ipoker has the ttr1457764368987 obv the numbrs change but they all start with ttr. Most are pretty bad but u see a few in each mtt.The only thing idont like about this is it seems they swap aliases so your notes can be very missleading or stats if you use HM.

Simple.

Ban tracking software and allow a new alias every day.

The smarter/educated/experienced players using tracking software (ok, guilty M'lud) have an unfair advantage over the not so smart/educated/experienced.

If you let players change their alias daily, tracking software would only be able to analyse one day of hand history and obviously this reduces their advantage massively.

I would quite happily play without HEM and base my decisions on that player, that session, than base it on what my notes say only to discover it's not the person that normally plays that account. Ok, it might make my decisions a little harder, but I'm happy to play any player one on one on a level playing field. If I am getting pwned, I leave, simple.

I can't believe all card rooms do not follow this direction as it must surely increase the lifetime activity of a customer by not being bumraped.

Is this Tracking Software just for Cash?

I only play recreationally and not very well at that, would you have Stats on me for example? I never play Cash, just STT's and Tournaments.

I'd be interested to know what my Stats were if you do? I'm sure I don't operate in the same circles as you anyway.

If you don't or don't want to share that's fine, I'm just interested to be honest.

Nobody seems to be particularly interested in the whole Colluding thing anyway, which I guess is a bit worrying, or maybe everyone is at it so don't want to get involved ;)

Most players don't use it at recreational level, so no need to be too concerned if that's the stakes you play.

I personally only use it for cash although it does have MTT and STT functionality.

Can we not complain about Cypriots colluding please?
If I was in a 9 seat sit and go against Hamsters 01 thro' 08, as long as they were all from Nicosia I'd regard it as money in the bank.

davinci, go and download one of the free trials, poker tracker has a 60 day free version available now, holdem manager I don't know about, but would imagine they have to offer the same in order to get the installs so they can be compared. you will know before the end of the trial whether or not they help you.

HEM is a pig to set up properly, I wouldn't bother unless you were prepared to buy the full edition.

PT seemed easy enough when I tried it a few years ago - good idea M, I should have pointed him to a free trial.

Cheers 'M' and Semi, I appreciate your help. Downloaded Holdem Manager today for a laugh just to check my stats. Only problem is haven't got a scooby what they mean ;) Appreciate your replies though. I seem to have a picture of a dice next to my Username? Does this mean I am a Donk Gambler? If it does it's very accurate.

Good luck boys and take care, I've got Davinci II and III set up so far. so if I win the STT Leaderboard in March you know why ;)

By the way Betair, not that you would give a toss, but I am kidding before you move the lever.
