not at all kieth think everyone calls betfair i agree they have problems when there go down but other sites customer service is a joke where as betfair do try and solve the problems

agreed, at least you can actually ring betfair up. Email tilt and they reply in about 4 months time!

A golden lever is the lever that BF give you to attach to your computer so that you can press it whenever you need to win a 20 / 80.

Funnily enough, that's exactly what happens with betfair. FT customer service has always been fine for me. |
