not at all kieth think everyone calls betfair i agree they have problems when there go down but other sites customer service is a joke where as betfair do try and solve the problems

agreed, at least you can actually ring betfair up. Email tilt and they reply in about 4 months time!

A golden lever is the lever that BF give you to attach to your computer so that you can press it whenever you need to win a 20 / 80.

Please refrain from being rude about customer service assistants. There are women on this forum that don't allow such behaivour and it is the wrong time of the month for them. That is all.

Funnily enough, that's exactly what happens with betfair. FT customer service has always been fine for me.

Betfair go the extra mile sending your details to random strangers though.
