I've been registered for the 10k Gtd when BF crashed down...until now i haven't got my money back,but i mailed them and they said they'll need the next 24-48 hours for some refunds...so the only way is waitin'...i'll report u just if i get my money...

still waiting for mine,,seems like 1,,yes 1 person is working on it,,for the1000,,or so players that were logged on at the time,,

did get thru on phone,,but they said they would look into it.

Lucky you ..I could not even get them on the phone myself and I have been trying to call from Cyprus...

Its shamefull the way Betfair treated their customers for this matter..
They could have come with an announcement saying whether there are still any outstanding problems l and acknowledging that there may be still some customers out there that they were not refunded as yet..

The crash happened on the 25/01 and still until now nobody has a clue what happened to their money

Has anyone been refunded yet? The e-mail said 24-48 hours, but that time has elapsed.

I'm still waiting. Dreadful service considering the vast sums they get from this site.

they owe me $2,400 from last night as you can imagine i have been on the phone several times and they promise me the money will be credited. Tbf last week they refunded all the tournaments I was involved in EVENTUALLY!

When are they refunding? Haven't been paid, didn't bother to check last night. Any announcements anywhere?

I'm even still waitin' for my refund for the legendary Crash-Down-Monday.I send them my first mail 5 days ago and the answer was that i will take about 48 hours and then i'll get my money back...my arse!!!Now it's Sunday...and meanwhile my second mail is goin' out in which i gave them an ultimate about 12 hours...otherwise i will install my advocate and try to find another solution!
It's unbelievable poor in which way Betfair deal with that problem...just disappointing,nothin' else...

lets be honest, no matter what they say in emails or any apologies on here, they couldn't care less.

A week tomorrow to refund is ridiculous, should all be done within ideally 24 hours but certainly 48 hours maximum, and automattically, as it is we have to chase them for their error.

well it's not refund for me, the torney finished as normal ($1200 grtd last night), everything normal except they have seen it fit to keep my winnings, with no explantion.

On the other hand I agree that Betfair Poker have lost their way of late.
Its a question of inefficiency from the top in my opinion.
I have been with them since they started the exchange site and found it to be a slick outfit, but it looks as if the Poker site is run separately .
I have no doubt however that everyone who is due a refund will get it.... eventually

My advice would be, instead of complaining at appalling customer service for the umpteenth time, vote with your feet and find another alternative, really really simple. :|

At last ,they reinbursed my account with the money for the outage on the 25 jan .They have actually corrected my statement details on the 28 jan so I do not understand why they could not send an e-mail explaining the correction and where to look for it.I had to manually search my statement to find it!!

Anyhow everything is sorted now..Still Bethfair handled this situation badly due to lack of communication on their behalf

Well I still haven't been refunded. Have sent 2 e-mails and tried to phone but could not get through. I am a bit fed up with it.

Same here and still havent been pay for last weds cash bonus, ok its only $100 but not the point, all the helpdesk cud do was laugh and say its not the helpdesks fault, top service again, clowns.

i have phoned 3 times about saturday nights outage, apparently they were going to pay everyone at the same time....
They accelerated my claim at 8:30 sunday AM now 17:34 impressive eh? I await $2,400 so am not entirely confident with BEtfair!

I sent them an email sunday and left it at that freddy. Have you sent something out and they've just ignored it?

i have phoned and spoke to someone 4 times the same person 3 of those, she knows my complaint off by heart. still no money!

Have just sent them another e-mail from money owed to me from last Monday. They said money had been refunded yesterday, it wasn't, only money put in was leader board payment. Lol. Hopeless.

They did not answer any of my questions about why it took so long or why monies are not automatically returned when site crashes.

paid full. How long before a rival sets up with bog standard customer service to clean this bunch of cowboys out?
