Which decent sites when depositing from the UK ask your bank for the cash in striling?
i.e If I deposit £500 they ask my bank for £500 and not $750 because all their tables are in $. Asking for deposits/withdrawals in $'s costs a fortune when it comes to my bank as I lose out on the exchange rate and also get charged a cheeky £1 "overseas transaction charge".
Would like a site like betfair that deals with the bank in stirling and changes it too/from $'s "in house" at the same exchange rate when joining/leaving tables.

*s are entirely fair. not exact same way as BF do it in that the exchange rate changes but its the same whether you're depositing or withdrawing. You can now leave your money in $s or £s.
