How many hours a day did you have to play to qualify for getting a bonus for playing in January . I play most days on one table for a couple of hours and dont seem to have got anywhere near the amount I needed. .( I signed up for the minimum amount ). Do you have to play multiple tables or just not have a life and play all day long ?

Can't knock Betfair on this one. Have been paid every week and expect to reach my bonus. You sure you registered for promotion?

lol yeah, I'd had to ring up every week this year to get my bonus, dont mind 1st week but just a joke where you have to ring up every week and its not just once a week, must of phoned betfair 30 times this year, joke works out one a day.
Worst part was it was a e-mail they sent or i wudnt of opted in anyway, had trouble so many times before. |

What gets me though is, last week they paid 330 pounds into my account instead of $100 which was bout 61 pounds, within 2 hours they had took the overpay back, so its so obvious that they can rectify problems alot faster than they do, 3 times when I've had a overpay with betfair it been took back within hours.

Have just sent them another e-mail from money owed to me from last Monday. They said money had been refunded yesterday, it wasn't, only money put in was leader board payment. Lol. Hopeless.
