I was due to play an STT. I couldn't cos the site went down. I have sent 3 mails to betfair asking for a refund and not got one. Has anyone else had any refunds or will they just ignore me?

Look in the Lobby under "My Tourney" Tab. When the crashed tourney is deleted there u paid-off.

i got threw off last night in the $44 $1200 guaranteed when 5 left, top 3 paid. had 10k in *****when i got disconnected, when i got back on, had 3k and had no chance. other websites were fine at the time. happened before, got nothing so didnt even bother emailing em this time
