was playing a 20$ 9 seater tonight, and this cypriot fella calls me a donk. which was fair enough cos i am playing like one lately.
anyhow i says to him let me scope you and see what your stats are like. he says this is just a sub account and its the first time ive ever played on it so any stats on there wont be mine. i says to him no idea what you are talking about.
he says he goes to a casino shop and gives the gadgy there $100 and the gadgy gives him a user name and password. when hes finished playing poker or sports betting he goes back to the shop to cash out.
apparently the gadge running the casino shop has a master account with 60 sub accounts he rents out, and this is all legit.
i says this is **ing. im making notes on this fella but someone else will be playing on the account tomoro, and someone else the day after. he says its all legit.another guy using the same user name was playing 5/10 cash earlier today but it wasnt him.
however he then goes on to say he knows 3 blokes who all rent accounts off the gadge in the casino shop who all openly collude, he even goes on to name names.
he also says the reason they haveto rent accounts is cos they are not supposed to be betting on english horse racing over there.
is this true ? do the cyps just rent a user name whenever they fancy a game ? i know most of em are donks, but it would explain why ive noticed my notes on particular cyp players are way off the mark sometimes.
oh and if it is true does the same apply to the greeks and italians ?
and why dont bf advertise the fact to save folk from taking notes ?

I have had a similar conversation or two, barring the collusion, on the cash tables. But given they are all so bad, I wouldn't be daft enough to grass them up here ;)
FWIW There were a few people from a certain country openly colluding on very high stakes on bf not long since. I don't think anybody who played them was keen to grass them up either. |

carla, if you read the original post the guy didnt claim to be colluding. he knew it was wrong, but that he knew people who did.
what he actually said is that the account he was playing on was one he rented and was played on by a different person on a daily basis. i gave credence to his comment because ive seen cyp accounts playing 2$ turbos one week and 200$ d2ns the next. ive also seen maniacs turn into uber nits the following day. if its true the accounts are rented out day by day i feel we should be told. |

he said something along the lines that broadcasting uk racing pictures is illegal in cyprus. but in these casino shops they will have 60 terminals where you can rent a bf account and bet on the gee gees and play poker.
you gave the bloke running it your money, he gives you a user name and password then credits the account. i dont have any issues with it personally if thats the way it works over there. this guy wasnt yr standard cyp donk btw, he knew the game inside out, and absolutely wiped the floor with us. |

according to scope this fella should have been a micro stakes donk, yet he is sat there correctly calling pot odds and implied odds in the chat box, listing the top cyp ranked players on s****, and making the sort of moves no standard cyp donk would make. maybe he is lying , but seems a very elaborate lie to make up. |

you're allowed as many accounts as you want on betfair and can fund them all by BACS from the same bank account.

I started playing Betfair in The Merrion Casino in Dublin, Used to deposit and withdraw by casino cashier.
Didnt rent accounts though, we had out own set up by a staff member. Had big screens, horse racing footy etc and 20 pc termials side by side for poker and gambling. But on the old crapto network you couldnt sit at the same table if on the same ip address. |

i think there were 2 poeple {english } playing from the same ip address last week who were banned only cos some one grassed them up .. not cos bf were on to it... it was a sit and go ...

You can have such thing as a master account and sub accounts. Bad beat have hundreds iof them. Totally OOO IMO
