Just thought I would check that Betfair has given me my refund for two stgs that did not start on Tuesday. On one game they have given me MORE than I paid in registration fees, and the other game they have given me nothing!

By any chance do the reg fees for both add up to the amount you got paid on the 1 ? :D

No. The first refund was just over the fee and the second was zero.

Im confused about the second refund you got. If it was zero are you sure it was a refund

I did check my statement and could not see anything regarding that particular tournament

This is how they did it

5$ sngo reg fees 3.40

2.5$ sngo reg fees 1.70

Winnings position 999 3.87

Winnings position 6 0.00

Normally when you cancell a sngo they say refund, but this time they have classed it as 'winnings'. Although how you can have winnings of 0.00 is odd!

Obviously I am not that fussed because of the amounts, but I know that posters on here play very high stakes and maybe would have seen the refunds but not checked them.

Their refund procedure is a bit odd I had all my buyins to all the evening mtts refunded within a few hours but i know others in the same tournies had to wait ages. Ive been on the other end of this as well but it does worry me that its as though they have to doe ach one manually with a calculator and pen and paper.

I jsut checked mine again and i got £411 back from £410 of entries happy days ;)
