I registered for sitngo and thought that I had made a mistake when it did not come up so registered for another - no games and my account has been debited for both games. I have already lost on racing as I bet the race and was going to lay off in running but could not do so because of the crash. I understand I cannot get my racing money back but I will report them to the Office of Fair Trading if they do not refund the poker games.

I have just phoned Betfair and they said that they will be refunding stakes when the site is running okay again, which they think will be within ten to fifteen minutes.
