It looks like im bleeding money from the bb and should be 3betting
or folding a lot more.
I am -11bb/100 from the sb and - 35 from the bb.
Am i right in thinking that my sb is ok but my bb should be around -20
or am i way off?

Try asking on a forum that actually has winning players offering you advice!
3 betting or folding should be a high % of your plays, if calling a lot then this is indeed bleeding OOP.

though couldn't you fold every sb and bb and be -17 from bb and -8.5 from sb?
