Been yonks since ive used this so cant remember a thing...

Say you have data in the form

1
MR A Smith
024 111111
101 ANY ADDRESS, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE
2
MR B Smith
024 222222
102 ANY ADDRESS, Binley, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE
3
MR C Smith
024 333333
103 ANY ADDRESS, Binley, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE
4
MR D Smith
024 444444
104 ANY ADDRESS, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE
5
MR E Smith
024 555555
105 ANY ADDRESS, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE
6
MR F Smith
024 666666
106 ANY ADDRESS, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE

all this appears in A1:A24

The list in column A is lot lot bigger than this but using 6 contacts as an example

QUESTION

how do i get it so it appears on a new sheet as follows

A1:B1:C1:D1 would be 1,MR A Smith,024 111111,101 ANY ADDRESS, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE

A2:B2:C2:D2 would be 2,MR B Smith,024 222222,102 ANY ADDRESS, Coventry, West Midlands, POSTCODE

ETC ETC

not explained it too well but hope its clear enough...

THANKS IN ADVANCE , SHERRIFF
