Paid today,so if i understand correctly, this is this from the period 7-20 January, both days included?

always found the first payment in the month is higher than the mid month payment |

it's from the 1st of the month, not sure when upto.

1st jan up to midnight tuesday 19th.
next payment will be 20th -31st and will be made first thursday in feb. payments will be reduced if you have opted into cash bonus. |

No bonus is take from the gross cake, therefore you are losing a percentage of your bonus not all
circa 30% of it hth |
