I have had to take two days off because of this dull ache in my right hand. Thinking of buying some sort of support or some such.

And during the day I have stupidly been using the touchpad.

I have also thought about folding with my left hand then switching to my right for all action hands... not sure if that is do able though and might lead to the odd misclick

All you can do is switch to your left hand... you can set up the mouse from your control panel to switch clickng buttons...

Its a b ugger but RSI is painful and your hand needs time out...

bloke i used to work with, autocad mechanical engineer designer type fella, swore by a mouse like these ones, said it took some getting used to, but he never got the hand problems he used to get with a conventional mouse
