Every 1000 betfair points is 15 squid but that doesnt always work out to exact amount, if in VIP that is spot everytime.

I am only a beginner, but I would like to know what percentage of r a k e is cake? i.e. If I played 20 x $25 sitngos and paid $50 in r a k e each day, then how much cake would I get back? Also would this level of playing entitle me to cake?
