Hi,

I've not been on the site long but on other sites I have received Cakeback.

Is this available on Betfair at all?

Thanks

Is it something you have to request?

Is that a design fault or do they just not like paying it....?

Seems a bit strange do you not agree?

By design, not strange at all if you think about it.

Your right of course from a financial point of view.

If i call the Betfair Poker team as mentioned by an earlier poster, will i receive Cakeback do you think?

Thanks for your help guys.

why ask for advice if you are just going to ignore it when a forumite answers you?

If you cake over €100 a month for 3 months they will give you a 20% deal but you have to ask and the clock doesn't start ticking until your first contact.

There's 30% for new members if you haven't already signed up to the poker site. I go through rakebrain but there are one or two forumites that can get you a similar deal.

goes to 40% if u cake $1500 a month ... but u said you only part time on it, so unlikely to hit that target. Its the standard deal you get.

I just phoned the help desk and asked for the** They said no problem and will put me on a 30% deal starting on 1st Jan. Not sure if it is required but I also completed the customer identification check form and took it to the Post Office. This is apparently required to qualify for a discount over 20% based on your Betfair points.

The form can be downloaded at http://kyc.betfair.com/
