I stayed and played the equivalent of $1/2 in The Wynn and it was totally the opposite to what I expected - it was really, really tight.
I thought there would be more locals/Chinese, but most of the punters are tourists as mainland Chinese can only enter Macau like 6 times a year or something and it's mostly unaffordable for the locals. I popped across the road to Casino Lisboa and they had a fair sized room which was pretty quiet even though there were lots of players in town for the APT (be sure to take a tour of the second floor around the fruit shop...very interesting! You can YouTube it). Disappointing to say the least. |

cheers twaddles,
this is my impression from what i've heard that for poker it's really not a great place were there any single table or multi table open tournaments going on when you were there? |

There were STTs and MTTs but think they were only for the APT main event.

Agree with twaddles and many places like Venetiian didnt even have any games at all / going.
Bets bets are Wynn / Lisboa but stick to Sick Bo IMHO |
