ok am going to the usa again for 3 months and will b spending some time playing in vegas. Im hoping to win quite a lot of cash so say i had 10k+ in cash whats the best way to get it into a bank or wotever withpout much of a fee? cause obviously i dont want to b carrying around that sort of money as i travel!

im planning on traveling after maybe to aus, so do not want 10k cash on me anyway! and then i get a bad exchange rate when i cahnge it back dont i?

Citi will let you open a US$ bank a/c from the UK, you can then pay cash in the US and withdraw for free at Citi cashpoints, at least that's what the advertising says on the Egg web site.
