Ok folks, there's 3 weeks to go before Christmas.
Who's gonna be taking some shots this month?
No aftertiming allowed - post what you're gonna start with and then update here as you go. Most of us have at one point (or many points LOL) started with £10, £20, £50, £500 etc etc and spun it up into 100 or 1000 x that amount in a few days... how comes nobody seems to be doing this any more huh??? :D
I wanna hear superb degenerate stories or horrendous bankroll management turning into £00000s of profit, all because u had the nutsack to take the risk :D Obv most will lose their initial stakes trying but hey that's the game...
I have a feeling we might see a few people turn small money into a good few £k or so tbh :)

Thats quality. About the same as mine in relative terms I guess, in September last year when I turned £1.28 into £2900 on here from Friday to Sunday lol. It's good to hear of these stories imo :) |

Well gone into grind mode at the moment. Any penny i can make for xmas is gona make it better. $1 45 mans on stars produce a decent hourly surprisingly 24 tabling them, lol.

greatest one EVER was actually in a pub.
Mates were off to tenerife last year in December and i went down the pub with them the night before for a few and there was some**ed contractors playing pool in there. I was gutted as i couldnt afford to go, even went to the pub with not a penny but mates bought me a few beers. One guy took a fancy to my hat and wanted to play my hat vs his hat in a game of pool. Im a sick gambler so didnt care if i went home with a cold head i wanted his hat. Anyway i beat him and he wasnt happy so put up a fiver against me to win it back. Long story short, took £120 off him trying to win his hat back. Gave it to keys and he put £120 in his betfair acc when we got back home, spun that up to £500, 12 hours later im on the plane lol. |

I'll give this a go why not. My best spin up was on this site to. Got $5 in cake one saturday after I stoped playing on here. I played a $4 sat to lunchmoney winning a seat played in it and shiped lunchmoney for around $550 I think it was. Then had £100 on kauto star at evens won that and that night managed to ship the old $5 rebuy for $800 quite a good day if you ask me.

Paddy Power gave me a £10 free bet during the cheltenham gold cup festival 2 or 3 years ago cos they'd had some problems the day before and although I hadn't had a single bet on it I still got the £10 free bet.
Put it on Katchit at 11/2 I think and it won, put the £55 winnings on the next race, can't even remember who it was but it won so I had £160 and whacked it all on Kauto Star and he won. so turned nothing into £360 :) Not as good as everyone else I know, but I am a grinder |

On probably the only friday night this summer where me and my mates didn't go right out on the lash, me and one of my best mates decided to get a few beers in and play a couple of online tournays.
First one we entered was a $10 1rebuy, 1 addon on**. 500-odd entrants. "What's the **g point" my mate says. I ignore him, crack a beer open and put some ch00nz on. This was about 4pm. Anyway, 8pm rolls round and there's around 50 left and I don't remember exact details but we're doing well, above average stack. It must have been amusing watching us go from mutterings of "ship it" when winning a big pot, to a fist pump with a "get in", to jumping up, high fives and much fist pumping as it got more important. About 20 left I think we have a good double up, from being just below average stack to being top 4 or 5. There's 3k for winning it, and top 4 all ship $900 or more. We're 19 year old students, lots of money imo. We final table it, happy with the couple of hundred we've guarenteed, but as the 2-3 shortys bust themselves and we bust a decent stack, all of a sudden we're 4 handed and guarenteed $900. The other 3 tighten right up so we become a bit laggy and after knocking out the matey in 4th, we bust ourselves in 3rd for $1,200. :) Needless to say, we did end up going out that night :^0 . Wetherspoons £29 bottles of Moet ftw. :D |

Won't be in time for xmas but party poker gave me $50 freebie, turned that into $1600 in 2 weeks withdrew the lot and put £1000 treble on newcastle to win championship 7/2, leeds to league 1 11/4, dundee to win scots 1st div 5/2, heres hoping !!!

didnt play on st ars last night but am spinning up tonight in $100 at 6pm, 100r, and the 1001r1a turbo (all on st ars). Anything I play on bf doesnt count in spin up. |
