lI threatened politely..... and surprise surprise Mr Postie arrived 2 days later.
Email threatening action. Then phone and ask straight away for the call centre manager. When they diss you, ask for their boss, and then their boss, and then their boss. It's a pain in the butt, but it worked for me (after 6 weeks of waiting for a product freely available on the high street) |

ive been rude. ive threatened legal action, ive moaned at beagle, i dont seem to be getting anywhere.
i'll just moan a bit more on here then probably get bored and leave it a couple of weeks again. Its just a shame that they try and preach that they are so customer orientated and cant even sort out such a simple problem. Its not like ive won the holy fekkin grail and they cant find it quite yet. Its a nintendo which any betfair monkey could pop down to the shops in ten minutes and buy one for me. |

(i just havent been arsed to chase it up more than 3 times as the radio is pretty cack to be honest!)

Its pathetic isnt it. i bet they havent even bothered to check who won what prize in that tourney after they changed the prizes positions at the last minute due to their gold cup of poker being on. It wouldnt surprise me if the guy who finished 10th in that game got my Wii instead.

its terrible that some people will end up not getting anything just because its so much hassle chasing their prize up. Im sure it must have happened many times before too. I guess they must save a lot of money in unclaimed prizes this way. Maybe its a business strategy!

i remember telling my non gambling mates how i'd won a Wii on betfair. Its embarrassing when they ask me where it is and i have to tell them i still havent got it. They are all now even more convinced than before that online gambling and poker sites are** and ive spent years trying to tell them otherwise.

this is an absolute disgrace that you havent got your prizes, i heard the bloke who won the range rover sold his car as soon as he won this and now is walking everywhere !!
